OBJECTIVE:

To restore elegance and modernity to the penthouse

Complete renovation of the property, improved layout of the interior, creation of an en-suite bathroom and new balcony flooring

The aim of the investment was to sell the flat on paper

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:

When we first visited this penthouse in Novara, we immediately fell in love with it.

It was a beautiful day and we were literally blown away by the view of the entire Monte Rosa range.

Obviously, the property needed to be completely renovated, and spaces needed to be distributed better.

Thanks to our intervention, we were able to downsize the rooms and also create a spacious en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub.

For this flat, we used the warm and cosy tones of oak parquet flooring, and continued with this shade for the flooring of the outdoor areas as well, creating the continuity that gives a feeling of greater space.

The long terrace with view of Monte Rosa is definitely the focal point of the penthouse.

The three bedrooms, lock-up garage and private outdoor parking complete the comforts offered by this flat.

Aware that we were designing a very appealing and sought-after property in the market, we concluded the deal in just 3 months, giving us a substantial annual ROI.

As an architect, it is always a pleasure to work with precise professionals who put their all into the projects they carry out, and I must say that Alberto and Marianna are like that. They are two complementary professionals: Alberto is precise and meticulous while Marianna carefully chooses every aesthetic detail, from colours to upholstery. Every project we tackle is analysed together, both in terms of the internal layout of the partitions and the positioning of the furniture itself, which will then be included in the renderings that will be shown at the time of sale. The materials used in the renderings are exactly the same as those used in the renovation, just like the colours and lighting. The materials chosen are wood for the flooring, a natural colour that gives the flat optimal comfort, green, which is found in many details, and beige, which enhances the natural brightness of the flat. For Monte Rosa, we created a living area layout that was organic with the various parts communicating with each other. An open space solution is always cosy and meets the tastes of almost all possible tenants. The three bedrooms are very large and well-lit, almost all of them with French windows opening onto big balconies; the suite also has access to the master bathroom, perhaps one of the most beautiful bathrooms I have ever designed for Alberto and Marianna!
